1. Acquire the needed approvals to complete the Expansion Project
(a) Prepare for 5/31/06 hearing
(b) Update (as warranted) parishioners, request support/attendance from pulpit
(c) Provide sign-up sheets/ transportation for 5/31/06 hearing
(d) Constitute Building Committee (done 2/22/06)
(e) consult, design, cost, budget
2. Assist Finance Committee in planning fundraising

1. Foster hospitality at Holy Family Masses and parish special events
2. Integrate the various Ministries to strengthen Holy Family’s welcoming spirit
3. Increase intra-parish ministry involvement at parish events

1. Coordinate with RCIA and Tom Beales to increase evangelization
2. Reach out with programs/parish activities/retreats targeted to Youth, Young Adults, New Neighbors/Parishioners, and the Unchurched

Objective:
1. Increase communication throughout the Parish
(a) Increase and improve communications through the Census, website and written and electronic media
(b) Improve communications between ministries through the establishment of written policy and procedure
(c) Establish a distribution list to disseminate information quickly throughout the parish through telephone, website and/or email
(d) Utilize current technology to market Parish events

Objectives:
1. Form a standing Vocations Committee that will work with the Vocation Office in promoting Vocations, identifying qualified candidates and encouraging them to pursue a Vocation in ordained ministry as Priests or Deacons, and in non-ordained ministry as Professed Religious or Lay Ecclesial Ministers.
2. Provide proper training for the Vocation Committee and the Ordained, Non-ordained and professional Lay Ecclesial Ministers in how to identify and encourage qualified candidates to pursue a vocation

1. Assist Finance Committee in raising funds for keyless entry, light sensors and security/camera system
2. Investigate possibility of on-line collection capabilities through website
3. Plan and commence fundraising events for Expansion Project
