Holy Family Catholic Church is located near the intersection of Central Avenue (Maryland Route 214) and Davidsonville Road (Maryland Route 424), in Davidsonville, Maryland.

• From Annapolis, take Maryland Route 50 West, and exit at MD 424 (Davidsonville Road). At end of offramp, turn left onto Davidsonville Road and continue about three miles until the intersection of Central Avenue (MD 214). Turn right onto Central Avenue. The church entrance is immediately on the right after the Davidsonville post office.
• From Riva, take Riva Road south to Central Avenue (MD 214). Turn right (west) onto Central Avenue. Proceed for about a mile, through the intersection of Davidsonville Road (MD 424). The church entrance is immediately on the right after the Davidsonville post office.
• From Bowie, take MD Route 50 East toward Annapolis. Exit at MD 424 (Davidsonville Road). At end of offramp, continue to the right fork, joining Davidsonville Road (south) and continue about three miles until the intersection of Central Avenue (MD 214). Turn right onto Central Avenue. The church entrance is immediately on the right after the Davidsonville post office.
• From Davidsonville, take Central Avenue or Davidsonville Road toward the intersection of Central Avenue and Davidsonville Road. From Central Avenue going west, the church entrance is immediately on the right after the Davidsonville post office.
