Site Development plans were submitted to Anne Arundel County in April for review. The Civil Engineer has addressed County comments and resubmitted plans. 2. Building Permit Application will be submitted to Anne Arundel County in June, 2008 3. Site Development and Building Permits are expected to be released by early Fall, 2008 4. Construction on new building is expected to begin in the Fall of 2008 and completed by the Fall of 2009.
