FR. JOE BARR’S RETIREMENT CELEBRATION SUNDAY, JULY 31 AFTER THE NOON MASS IN THE MSGR. TINDER PARISH HALL
Immaculate Conception Church
200 Ware Ave
Towson, MD  21204

Fr. Joe Barr, recently turned 70 (the age of retirement for clergy in the Archdiocese of Baltimore) and announced his retirement at all weekend Masses June 25-26.

We look forward to celebrating and thanking him for his 44 years of pastoral care.
A "Memory Book" is being assembled by Lindsay Gallagher and Mary Pitt George. Anyone wishing to write a couple of paragraphs about what Father has meant to them, how he has touched them in his time at Immaculate,  should send those to either Lindsay Gallagher or Mary Pitt George by July 15.

These "Memorable Memories" or "Letters of Gratitude" may be sent either in an email or snail mail to:

Lindsay Gallagher in a word document to: lrgallagher6@hotmail.com OR Lindsay Gallagher, 5900 Lakehurst Ave., Baltimore, MD 21210

OR

Mary Pitt George in a word document tomarypittgeorge@gmail.com OR 8214 White Manor Drive, Lutherville, MD 21093

Anyone wishing to honor Father Barr in another way have an opportunity to give monetary donations. It is quite customary for parishioners to contribute to a "purse" upon a priest's retirement.

Checks should be made out to: Fr. Joseph F. Barr and mailed to:
