The cost of the ticket includes*:

• Green fees
• Cart
• 2 drink tickets
• Dinner after golf, with cash bar and a silent auction 

Mulligans $5 each (2 max/player), or a $20 bundled price for: putting contest, 2 mulligans and 2 50/50 tickets.

• Credit Cards accepted via online registration.
• Checks are also accepted. Please make checks payable to Holy Family Catholic Church. Please include all golfer names, email & phone numbers.

• ​To purchase dinner only, the cost is: $30 adults ($10 of this is donation). ​
• Dinner will be right after golf (around 2:30-3:00 pm).
• Dinner sign-up deadline is September 10th.

Become a Sponsor of the Event
Sponsorship levels are:

• Gold Level Sponsor: $300
• Silver Level Sponsor: $250
• Bronze Level Sponsor: $200

Sponsorships Include: a tee box sign, recognition at the dinner and in select Holy Family bulletins and email blasts.
