Staff and Parish Announcement
Welcoming Peg Klein as Director for Parish Operations
|
I am delighted to announce that Mrs. Margaret “Peg” Klein will be joining our Holy Family staff as our new Director for Parish Operations. Responding to the listing of the position on the Archdiocese of Baltimore website, we were fortunate to have four talented candidates apply. I thank each of them for their interest in the position. One of the benefits of Peg serving in this position is that it will allow me more time to focus on my pastoral ministry and the spiritual care of our parish community.
Let me introduce you to Peg for those of you who do not know her. Peg brings an outstanding record of leadership, including decades of distinguished service in the United States Navy following her graduation from the Naval Academy. Her career has included serving as Chief of Staff to two, three, and four-star generals, leading major transitions at U.S. Cyber Command, and standing up new organizations on multiple occasions—always with a focus on aligning vision to action and unleashing strong performers to achieve the mission. She has also dedicated her talents to preparing military leaders for senior-level executive roles. Her depth of experience will be invaluable as she steps into this executive position, working alongside me to oversee the day-to-day operations of our parish. A devoted member of Holy Family Parish for more than 11 years, Peg’s faith, integrity, and leadership have long been evident to those who know her. She has volunteered actively in our parish life, and her decision to accept this role is rooted in her love for our parish community and a desire to bring structure, unity, and peak performance to our staff. We are blessed to welcome her into this new chapter of service, and I am confident she will be a tremendous asset to our mission. Please join me in extending a warm and prayerful welcome to Peg! Fr.
