Cantors
Cantors (teens and adults) are visible leaders in our liturgies who possess the tools to lead prayer and worship through music. They are responsible for proclaiming the Responsorial Psalm and leading the assembly in song and occasionally teach the assembly new hymns. Cantors meet with the music director separately as needed. Cantors minister at the Saturday 5:00pm Mass and Sunday 7:45 a.m., 9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Masses. Some experience in singing alone is necessary. Contact Ron Brown at [email protected] -- put HFC Music in the subject on the email.

We meet before the Mass to learn or fine tune the music before singing. Ability to read music is a plus but not required. Contact Bill MacDonald at [email protected] for more detailed information.
